First time shipping a barrel and the process was easy! The lady in the bronx who answers the calls is really helpful and the guys that pick the barrel up! I now use them to ship TVs and anything I want,also my dad and mom uses them now too! Will be recommending them to everyone!

I honestly dont understand all of the negative reviews. I have used company going on 4 yrs and have always received exceptional customer service from the office team as well as the shipping team. One of the things I learned through query, is never to schedule door to door delivery. Unfortunately the receiving team in some countries are not the most ethical. Heading to ship this weekend will update review with my experience.
